Position Summary
The Office Manager supports the organization’s operations by maintaining the office systems.

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the following are the selected candidate’s responsibilities:

Financial Assistance – provides accounting and financial support

  1. Provide financial reports including the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting materials and metrics for the ED and board of directors.
  2. Assist with the compilation of Field budgeting, reconcile bank and credit card statements, monitor investment accounts, cash flow and coordination of audit activities as well as accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.

Position Summary
SutiSana is looking for a qualified and motivated professional to serve as SutiSana Business Manager. The ideal candidate is a professional with relevant experience, a follower of Christ, self-directed, but willing to work with a team, positive, enthusiastic, can work well under stress and committed to empowering vulnerable persons.

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Field Director, the selected candidate will be responsible to:

  • Supervise and coordinate Administration, Production, Marketing and Sales
  • Assign and manage budgets for each department
  • Control the flow of money and projections
  • Implement three-year Business Plan
  • Supervise the implementation of a Marketing Plan
  • Coordinate and hire an advertising team abroad

Title: Community Administrator

Administrator Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the WMF Romania Administrator and Field Director, the Community Administrator will be responsible for administrative support of non-Romanian staff, legal adherence, and the oversight of international finance, accounting and budgeting.

  1. Administrative support and legal adherence
    • Ensure that visas and rental contracts are attained
    • Ensure that staff is informed about pension and retirement options
    • Ensure that staff has regular health consultations and has health insurance
    • Ensure that contingency plans are current and implemented
    • Together with the US Director of Operations, ensure that polices are followed
    • Participate in administrative team, planning and implementation
  2. Financial Oversight
    • Develop, submit and monitor annual budget for international donations
    • Monitor international donations

Staff Development Plan

Position Summary
The Community Pastor will support the community in its spiritual development and self-care.

Community Pastor Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Executive team, the selected candidate will collaborate with the Community Care Department and will be responsible to:

  • Support staff in providing holistic care to vulnerable population
  • Organize daily prayer, worship or spiritual formation
  • Organize annual community retreat
  • Ensure that covenantal commitments are being followed
  • Provide counseling to staff or help connect staff to appropriate counselors, as needed
  • Provide training on aspects of community care (i.e. secondary trauma management, contemplative practices, personality tests, health assessments, etc.)
  • Tell the story of WMF Romania and create platforms where our vulnerable friends can be heard
  • Implement policies related to the Community Care Department (leaves of absence, sabbatical, etc.)

Staff Development Plan

The Short-Term Program Coordinator will organize and lead logistical coordination for study abroad students, Servant Teams, internships and short term teams for Word Made Flesh Romania. They will be a participant in the WMF Romania community while focusing their time on discipleship and formation of short-term participants.

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Field Director, the selected candidate will be responsible to:

  1. Logistical Coordination
    • Create and implement activities to recruit short-term participants
    • Communicate with potential students, Servant Team (ST) members, interns and short-term teams
    • Participate in interviews and selection process of short term participants
    • Coordinate with US office and international partners in facilitating short-term programs
    • Create and monitor short-term program budgets and report expenses
    • Plan and facilitate short-term program activities and schedules
    • Facilitate evaluation and debriefing of short-term participants

Position Summary
WMF Thailand is seeking a community pastor or spiritual director to lead us in deepening our spirituality the core of what we do.  The Spiritual Director will have a broad and inclusive faith ideally from a tradition known for this.  Ideal candidate will have training and experience in a contemplative practice.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily prayer and devotion
  • Lead in contemplative practices
  • Staff spiritual formation
  • Explore ways to bring spiritual direction and contemplative practices to local relationships
  • Workshops for local community and local NGO’s

Staff Development Plan
New Staff will also spend approx. 8hrs a week on:

  • Communities activities (garden day, dinners, outings)
  • Daily prayer
  • Faith Full Conversations weekly
  • One on One relationships
  • Holistic Safety training
  • Formation reading
  • Counseling or spiritual direction
  • Monthly worship

Qualifications

  • Motivated and responsible individual able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Able to set budgets, complete financial reports and basic accounting
  • Able to multi-task and resume routine with multiple interruptions

Position Summary
The Director of education will oversee the CLF Education programs including the oversight of the scholarship/donor relations and schools annual budget.

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the WMF Thailand Directors, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Help guide teachers in achieving their educational goals
  • Oversee daily operations of school, ensuring a safe and friendly environment
  • Ensure teachers are uplifting the vision, mission and core values of the school also consistent with the Montessori philosophy
  • Helps coordinate and lead teacher meetings once a month or as needed
  • Curriculum development
  • Continue strategic planning and implementation to ensure that the schools needs, as it relates to resources and funding, are met or exceeded
  • Create and maintain policies that apply
  • Relieve staff for breaks if needed or absent
  • Maintain records of students, visitors and volunteers
  • Help maintain the educational environment both in the classroom and on the grounds of the foundation, in a manner consistent with Montessori standards
  • Teacher evaluations as needed
  • Student evaluation twice a year
  • Establish standards for the use of materials and inform the staff of them.

  • A bachelor’s degree in an accredited or approved college or university with a major or emphasis in early childhood education or child development

Title: Creative Life Foundation Teacher

Position Summary

The CLF teacher is a guide who helps direct his/her students in a prepared environment that challenges each child to reach his/her full potential in accordance with CLF Education’s vision, mission and core values.

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the WMF Thailand Directors, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

On-going, Daily

  • Pre school preparation
  • Receive and welcome students; greet parents/ caregivers
  • Create classroom manipulatives
  • Attend monthly meetings with the executive CLF team
  • Regular communication with advisory team

During class

  • Assist children who need individual help to choose work
  • Uphold and reinforce positive behavior by: modeling behavior, positive feedback and drawing attention to classroom rules
  • Treat children with unconditional positive regard
  • Conduct the classroom consistent with the Montessori philosophy as well as CLF’s core values
  • Interact and respond to students with curiosity
  • Withdraw occasionally to observe and document
  • Record observations, issue, etc. to expand later.

After class

  • Make minor material adjustments
  • Refresh the environment
  • Complete daily notes
