July 2010 Prayer Letter

July 2010

Dear Friends,

I have another short letter this month. Things are crazy around here. I know, I say that every other month or so, but it’s really true. There are all kinds of last minute things going on as I write. More than half of us in the community are preparing to leave for the U.S. plus school is ending and summer is coming into full swing. As we hope to be seeing many of you this month, I’ll include a couple of prayer requests here and give you the full update in person.

I have kept you updated on E and F for a couple of years. Recently, Mrs. C, the woman they have been living with for some years now, said that she will no longer be able to keep them with her. Her daughter moved to England over a year ago and now her son is moving there, as well. As these two were essential helpers for her, she has decided that she will be unable to keep them on her own.

Please pray for E and for F (not including their full names here since this gets posted on the net, but most of you know who they are). We are discussing different options for them. F has been having a particularly difficult time as of late, getting into trouble at school and falling grades. Please pray that they will both know the love and acceptance of their Father. Pray that the good and perfect plans He has for them will come to pass.

Please pray for our time at both conferences that Ana and I will attend this summer. The Word Made Flesh staff gathering will take place July 12-22, bringing together WMF staff members from around the globe. The Trinity Church global workers retreat is Aug. 1-8, gathering together many of the workers sent by our church. Please pray that both times will be filled with the presence of Jesus. Pray that we will be refreshed and encouraged.

Thank you so much for your faithful prayers. Hope to see you soon!

Love,

Paul and Ana
