Basic Qualifications for staff at WMF
- Participation in a WMF Servant Team, US Internship, International Internship, or Discovery Team
- Experience living cross-culturally and/or with other NGOs will be taken into consideration in lieu of prior participation with WMF
- 18 years of age or older
- Specific qualifications for each opening can be found in the position descriptions
- We also suggest time be spent (minimum of two weeks) with the WMF community where the open position is located before a final hiring decision is made

Title: Director of Advocacy

The Director of Advocacy will coordinate with the Field Director to create and manage all forms of local and international advocacy for Word Made Flesh Moldova.
Advocacy Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Field Director, the selected candidate will be responsible to:
- Understands and supports the vision and mission of Word Made Flesh Moldova
- Tell the story of WMF Moldova and create platforms where our vulnerable friends can be heard
- Identify and involve new partners
- Identify and implement plans for advocacy for the vulnerable in Moldova
- Manage and increase presence on social media channels
- Plan and execute at least 2 annual fundraisers
- Create promotional materials
- Monitor and expand our funding base
- Create and implement plan for donor care

They will fully participate in the WMF Moldova community life while focusing their time on discipleship and formation of short-term participants.

Community Care Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Administrative Director, the selected candidate will be responsible to:
- Support staff in providing holistic care to vulnerable population
- Organize daily prayer, worship or spiritual formation
- Organize annual community retreat
- Ensure that covenantal commitments are being followed
- Provide counseling to staff or help connect staff to appropriate counselors, as needed
- Provide training on aspects of community care (i.e. secondary trauma management, contemplative practices, personality tests, health assessments, etc.)
- Tell the story of WMF Romania and create platforms where our vulnerable friends can be heard
- Implement policies related to the Community Care Department (leaves of absence, sabbatical, etc.)

Title: Community Administrator

Word Made Flesh Papua New Guinea serves Jesus among rural communities in Papua New Guinea, communicating the gospel and supporting community development and Bible translation.
Administrator Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the WMF Papua New Guinea Field Director, the Community Administrator will be responsible for administrative support of staff in PNG, legal adherence, and the oversight of international finance, accounting and budgeting.

- Facilitate the logistics of project supplies and food re-supply to the remote team
- Partnership management (communication, scheduling, transport and food for volunteer groups, teachers/trainers, and outreach groups going to the remote location)
- Build relationships with the local community and groups in Wewak

Under the supervision of the Directors, the selected candidate will collaborate with the Advocacy Department and will be responsible to:
- Commit to learning about WMF Sierra Leone culture and programs as to best facilitate communication regarding the organization
- Create and send a e-newsletters
- Be deeply familiar with different social media platforms and specific usage details of each
- Regularly contribute to 2-3 social media networks
- Facilitate child sponsorship program
